The Park City Summit County Arts Council serves as a central resource for arts and culture in Park City and  Summit County. This website includes information about local art groups, networking opportunities, art galleries, and arts and culture organizations, as well as marketing information to help you grow your business and sell more work.

Free and low cost resources designed to help artists and craftspeople create, manage, and promote their websites on the internet. Includes free gallery templates, free online portfolio creation, legal help, copyright help and more.

Park City Professional Artists Association

The Park City Professional Artists Association is a group of visual artists in Summit & Wasatch Counties who promote and encourage: Professionalism; Production; Exhibition; Education; Networking; Camaraderie and the growth of the visual arts of our members for the benefit of our community.  PCPAA members gather for official meetings approximately every other month, and generally hold social gatherings on the alternate months. 

 

PCPAA offers its members:

Networking opportunities with other artists

Participation in various community visual arts programs

Reduced membership to the Kimball Art Center

At least one local exhibition opportunity each year

Alerts to local calls for entries for exhibits and requests for proposals

 

PCPAA members participate in small special interest group meetings including a painters’ critique group and a marketing group designed to assist artists in marketing their work in a highly professional and cost-efficient way.  They  also co-sponsor the Judy Taylor Memorial Scholarship each year to a local high school art student.


Park City Gallery Association

Park City Gallery Association - An association of 25 local galleries which have joined together to promote the arts in Park City.  The Association created its own brochure which showcases Park City galleries and promotes the Gallery Stroll events which take place on the last Friday of each month.


Park Silly Sunday Market

The Park Silly Sunday Market is a forum for neighbors, friends and visitors to come together to celebrate our community.  The eco-friendly, open-air Market is a one-of-a-kind experience - a treasure box full of local and regional arts and crafts, antiques and collectibles, live music and performance arts.

Rain or shine, the Market is open every Sunday, from 10 am to 4 pm, from June 15 through September 28, 2008 (excluding August 3 for the Kimball Arts Festival).  The Market is located on historic Main Street in Park City, between Heber Avenue and 9th Street (Trolley roundabout).
