This is the first of many outdoor cooking classes. The class will focus on techniques and flavors from Argentine - hot fires and big flavors! As the fire heats up, the class will prepare the filling and dough for shrimp empanadas and learning a folding technique. Then, you will begin grilling vegetables for salads and side dishes and the pork tenderloin entree.

Menu: Shrimp Empanadas; Roasted & Stacked Ratatouille Salad; Pork Tenderloin with Burnt Brown Sugar, Orange Confit & Thyme; Smashed & Charred Sweet Potatoes with Thyme & Honey;  Dulce de Leche Panqueque (crepes)
