Kimball Arts Festival, Main Stage at Kimball Arts Center
The Park City Kimball Arts Festival serves as the primary fundraiser for the Kimball Art Center each year. Proceeds from the Festival enable the Kimball Art Center to provide, free of charge, year around art exhibitions, gallery tours, monthly “Art Talks” and to offer art education outreach to teachers, students and our community. Thank you for your patronage and we hope you enjoy yourselves!
“We’re showcasing the most talented artists in their respective fields to bring to our annual Arts Festival and raised the bar on programs like Taste of Art and Festival After Dark. As the largest three-day event in Park City during the summer, we work year-round to come up with innovative ways to create a multi-sensory experience for all of our patrons,” noted Robin Marrouche, Kimball Art Center, Executive Director.
Hammond organist and vintage electronic keyboard specialist, Ryan Conger, is pushing the world of jazz and boogaloo music into new territories (literally). Joined by his long-time friends, Wade Evans and Travis Taylor, this new trio has just released their first album, entitled “Earthestra”. Combining elements of African and Cuban rhythms, Turkish folk music, classical Indian ragas, and a variety of instruments from around the world with his own unique blend of Hammond organ driven boogaloo, this band has created a new kind of world music that is groovy, earthy, spacious, and authentic to its core!
