RAP Cultural Tax Grant

Park City
Funding for the RAP – Cultural Grant is provided by a special sales tax initiative approved by the Utah State Legislature. This allows 0.1% of sales tax within the County to be spent on arts and recreation opportunities within the County. Eligible applicants for the Cultural Grant must be from a 501(c)(3) and registered with the State of Utah or a municipal or county cultural council, such as Summit County/Park City Arts Council. Eligible disciplines include Arts Education, Dance, History, Music, Visual Arts, Theatre, Folk Arts, and other pursuits. Learn more and apply here. -

Creative Capital Grant

The 2027 Creative Capital Open Call seeks proposals from individual artists in all 50 states for new artistic works in the Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Film, and Literature. The Creative Capital Award provides unrestricted project grants of up to $50,000 to individual artists to create new work. Celebrate the West is a juried art competition open to high school students (grades 9–12) across Western Governors’ Association states and territories, inviting original two-dimensional artwork inspired by life in the West.
