  • DPS Evidence Warehouse

  • Davis Arts Council’s 250 and Counting

    Celebrating America’s Semiquincentennial, the Davis Arts Council’s 250 and Counting exhibition asks artists to approach this milestone not only through theme, but through artistic process. Artists working in all visual media are encouraged to interpret the idea of “250 actions” in ways that are meaningful to their individual creative practice, and as part of the submission process, artists are asked to briefly describe what constitutes an “action” in their work.   • Silver Summit Services Building Exterior Art Benches

  • 2026 OPA National Salon

    Oil Painters of America (OPA) invites your members to submit their work for the 2026 National Salon, a juried exhibition of small-format representational oil paintings. This year’s exhibition will be hosted by Cassens Fine Art in Hamilton, Montana, and will be on view from July 31 through August 29, 2026. Ranging from $15,000 to $50,000 in four categories—articles, books, short-form writing, and translation—the grants support projects addressing both general and specialized art audiences, from short reviews for magazines and newspapers to in-depth scholarly studies.     For four decades, Pollock-Krasner Foundation grants have enabled visual artists to create new work, purchase needed materials, cover studio rent, and more. Past recipients of Pollock-Krasner Foundation grants have shared that this support is critical in allowing concentrated time for studio work, preparation for exhibitions, and other professional opportunities.
