By submitting payment, I confirm my participation and affirm that I have represented myself and my work truthfully and accurately. I allow photos that might be taken of my work for Arts Council and event publicity purposes. Insurance is the artist’s individual responsibility. Space will be assigned by the event organizers. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, as a courtesy to other artists, please notify us immediately at 435-513-2090. If an emergency arises during the event and it is necessary for you to leave, you must notify an event official before dismantle.
