Addams Family Musical // A Park City High Production

Don’t miss Park City High School’s production of the Addams Family Musical this November at the Eccles Center. The hilarious show focuses on the kooky TV family as they navigate the consequences that come when Wednesday Addams decides to date a “normal” boy.

Park City High won Best Orchestra and Best Set Design at the 2017 Utah High School Musical Theater Awards with their version of the musical Little Women. Director Rick Kimball says that this year’s production lives up to those awards with another live orchestra, amazing costumes and sets, and a cast of more than fifty students.

This production of the Addams Family Musical was preceded by Dinner with the Addams Family, a three-course interactive dining experience featuring conversations with the cast and excerpts from the musical. This limited dinner theater experience sold out completely.

The Addams Family Musical itself runs from Thursday, November 16th to Saturday November 18th, with a performance at 7pm each night and a 2pm matinee on Saturday. Go before the November 17th show to bid on packages from the Egyptian Theatre, Fox School of Wine, Deer Valley, and other great items in a silent auction beginning at 6pm. All proceeds from the auction will support the Park City High Theater Department, providing funds for their Productions Conservatory to train with Disney Creatives in February 2018.

Tickets for the Addams Family Musical are available at the door 30 minutes before each show. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for all children under 12. For more information visit the department’s website at parkcityhstheater.com or visit the Facebook event.
