Live PC Give PC Offers Many Ways to Support Community Nonprofits

November brings with it the annual Live PC Give PC event, where our community comes together to show generosity to the nonprofits that make PC a great place to live, work, play, and stay. Over the past 13 years, this giving day has raised millions of dollars for local nonprofits, and is a fun time for all involved!

The Arts Council’s 2023 goal is to raise $35,000 to help support our operating costs so that we can continue to bring Arts & Culture events to Summit County. Do you enjoy the vibrant dance, food, music, films, and crafts of the Latino Arts Festival, or look forward each August to hiking the ADA accessible McLeod Creek Trail to encounter live performances and outdoor art installations at our Art on the Trails event? Maybe you collect art at the Summit Arts Showcase, the Winter Arts Showcase, or the Monster Drawing Rally; perhaps you are planning to shop local this Holiday season, and can’t wait to discover artisanal gifts made by Summit County creatives at our annual BRAND PC Holiday Makers Market! Your support during Live PC Give PC helps keep these important programs going, year after year, so that the Arts Council can provide more platforms for local artists and makers to shine. Here are some of the ways you can support the Arts Council in reaching our 2023 goal:

Nov. 1st

Park City Brewing, a local business founded in 2013, will donate 10% of all food sales to the Arts Council for the day of November 1st as part of their Nonprofit Wednesday series. The brewery at 1764 Uinta Way will be open from 2-10pm, and kids are welcome. Join Arts Council staff for after-work drinks and let us tell you about the amazing work we do to connect Summit County through Arts & Culture!

Arts Council staff will be at the Silver King Coffee drive-thru at 1450 Snow Creek Drive from 7:30-10am—stop by and say hi, grab a piping hot seasonal beverage, and make a donation, all without getting out of your car!

Nov. 3rd

All Day

Live PC Give PC goes live for 24 hours of extreme generosity! Choose from over 100 nonprofit fundraisers at livepcgivepc.org and donate whatever you can to your favorite causes ($5.00 minimum). Repeat donors will have each of their early-day donations boosted by $10.00. The goal is 7,000 unique donors, and nonprofits with the most unique donations will receive big cash prizes. Nonprofits will be on Park City’s Main Street, and there will be donation stations set up across town.

4-6:30pm

Come to the Park City Library at 1255 Park Avenue, and check out Lucky Ones Coffee, where there will be music, free tacos, hot chocolate, face painting, and games to celebrate local nonprofits for all the work they do!

8pm-12am

If you’re over 21, mosey over to the High West Saloon at 703 Park Avenue to keep the party going!
