Participation Agreement *

By submitting this form, I affirm that I have represented myself and my work truthfully and accurately. The Arts Council of Park City & Summit County reserves the right to decline entries deemed inappropriate for this event. I allow photos that might be taken of my work for Arts Council and event publicity purposes. If selected, I understand that payment must be received no later than February 24, 2023. Registration fees for the 2023 Winter Arts Showcase are $175 if you pay by check. Please send check to PO box 4455, Park City, UT 84060. If you choose to pay with credit card online, the fee is $180 to cover credit card processing fees. The cancellation deadline is February 24th and refunds will not be given after that date. If for any reason you are unable to participate in the event, as a courtesy to other artists, please notify us immediately by emailing emma@pcscarts.org
