By submitting payment, I affirm that I have represented myself and my work truthfully and accurately. The Arts Council reserves the right to decline entries deemed inappropriate for this event. I allow photos that might be taken of my work for Arts Council and event publicity purposes. Submission of work will automatically waive any claim for damage, loss or liability against Arts Council and/or Oakley City. Insurance is the artist’s individual responsibility. Space will be assigned by the event organizers. All registrations and payment must be received no later than Friday, June 4th. Registration fees for the 2021 Summit Arts event are $80. The cancellation deadline is June 4th, and refunds will not be given after that date. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, as a courtesy to other artists, please notify us immediately at 435-647-9747. If an emergency arises during the event and it is necessary for you to leave, you must notify an event official before dismantle.
