SILVER IS BETTER THAN GOLD

At Silver Star Café’s outdoor wraparound dining patio, you can soak in the 360-degree vistas. USA Today called it “Park City’s Best-Kept Dining Secret” and the locals agree.

Located at 1825 Three Kings Dr. Dinner reservations are recommended by calling (435) 655-3456. Lunch is offered Monday through Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday, and dinner nightly. Family meals to takeaway are offered online.

FARM FRESH & FUN

At the Park City Farmer’s Market, you can enjoy a variety of fresh, organic, local produce as well as handmade bread, ice cream, and other foods – all in a great atmosphere. The market is very selective about the freshness and quality of its fare. No GMO food is allowed, and all farms are inspected before they can participate. 

Located in the Silver King Resort parking lot at the base of Park City Mountain every Wednesday from 11 to 5pm. Rain or shine, it’s a tasty way to spend an afternoon.

Western Whiskey

High West Distillery is just east of Park City at Blue Sky Ranch. At this western ranch establishment, you can participate in a sensory tour of the distillery operation and learn about the whiskey-making process from grain-milling to mashing, distilling, and aging. After the tour, enjoy a chance to taste some of High West’s famous whiskeys and some western cuisine!

SMALL TOWN, BIG TASTE

Denise’s Home Plate in Coalville cooks up amazing homemade meals - like pot pies, burgers, and soups. Patrons love the signature chicken & ribs plate and the homemade buttery rolls. Denise’s peach pies are the stuff of legend, so make sure to add a slice (or two!) to your order.

Located at 49 N. Main St. in Coalville, Utah. Open Monday-Wednesday from 11am-4pm and Thursday-Saturday from 11am-9pm.

Wines & Mines Tour

FINE ON-MOUNTAIN DINING

Stein Eriksen Lodge is named after the Norwegian Olympic gold medalist ski racer and a pillar in the community. The restaurant inside the lodge, Glitretind, has a gourmet menu featuring fresh seasonally inspired ingredients. Take advantage of outdoor seating and bask in stunning views of the surrounding Deer Valley Resort.

Glitretind serves dinner daily from 6-9pm and Sunday brunch from 11am-2:00pm. Dinner reservations are highly recommended by calling (435) 645-6455.

THE LARGEST DINNER PARTY IN UTAH

Savor the Summit kicks off the summer with Utah’s largest dinner party. Dozens of Park City’s best restaurants will serve their culinary specialties to diners – outdoors, in the middle of downtown’s charming Main Street. Indulge in everything from tapas to bread pudding, and of course, fine wine and cocktails. We all know that great food and drinks taste even better in summer mountain air (and with live music).

OLD-FASHIONED TRAIL SNACKS

Samak Smoke House and Country Store is a favorite stop for hikers, bikers, and campers coming to and from the Uinta Mountains. Samak is known for its fresh, hand-cut smoked jerky, smoked meat, cheese, and kitchen-fresh snack foods.

Located at 1937 Mirror Lake Hwy in Kamas, Utah. Open from 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

MOUNTAIN OILS

Mountain Town Olive Oil Company is a gourmet oil & vinegar store featuring more than 40 different flavors of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and aged Balsamic Vinegars. Try different combinations like Blood Orange Olive Oil and Cranberry Pear Balsamic for a new toolkit of flavors to use at home. You can also head home with gourmet herbs, spices, and foods such as pasta sauce, jam, and soups.

Located at 613 Main St. Open 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 12-5 Sunday.

At Oil & Vinegar Junction you can taste specialty oils, vinegars, and spices. Get cooking ideas (blood orange olive oil brownies, for example) and recipe hacks (caramel and chocolate vinegar over dessert!) and shop for fine ingredients to take home. You can even reserve the store for a private tasting.

FINE DINING, TO GO

Salt Box Eatery & Catering is a grab-and-go specialty market, deli, and coffee shop. Order a variety of gourmet family dinner meal packs to go. Choose from Blackened Salmon Jumbalaya with cucumber feta salad to Chicken Parmesan with a Ceasar salad – just reheat and relax.

Located at 1782 Prospector Ave. Open for food pickup or in-house dining from 8am-5pm daily.

COFFEE FROM DOWN UNDER

Harvest is an Australian favorite among residents with locally roasted coffee and all-natural, in-season cuisine. Harvest sources many ingredients from local farmers and small-scale producers to keep their meals fresh and to support the local economy.

Located at 820 Park Ave., Suite 101 from 8am-3pm daily.  

At Five5eeds, you’ll find an American version of the Australian “brekkie,” or all-day breakfast joint. Their food is in-season and locally sourced, but still distinctly Australian.

TRIED & TRUE

Polar King is the place to go for a classic burger, fries, and a shake. With a retro feel, large portions, and a quintessential menu, Polar King is a great stop on a summer day. The decor even features scenes of the surrounding area by local artists and photographers. With both outdoor and indoor seating options, you can enjoy the surrounding vista – and your milkshake!

Old Town Cellars strives to make great wine affordable, welcoming, and fun! They embrace the outdoor lifestyle and sustainability and have crafted wines to match the surrounding mountain community. Whether you’ve spent the day mountain biking, golfing, or touring historic sites, Old Town Cellars has a wine to make you feel at home. 

Located at 408 Main St. Enjoy their bar and lounge which is open from 3-9pm Wednesday-Sunday or book it for your own private event.

CATERED TO YOU

Savoury Kitchen has you covered if you have a special event or you’re just visiting and it’s more your style to have great meals delivered. Chef Joseph Saladyga and his team create seasonal, local menus inspired by New England cuisine. They fit your needs and come to you. Try a new route for dinner on your trip: get it catered, just the way you like it.

Wasatch Creamery sells artisan flavors of creamy, handmade ice cream. Plus, they only use clean, basic ingredients like milk, cream, sugar, and eggs, so you can feel good about indulging! Choose from over 40 flavors – everything from classics like chocolate and strawberry to more unique options like lime or basil.

Wasatch Creamery ice cream is served at numerous restaurants in town. Or, pick up your own pint at Deer Valley Grocery Café, Hugo Coffee Roasters, Cooper Moose Farms, or Park City Farmer’s Market.
